Curried Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
12 hard boiled eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons Madras curry powder
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika, divided

How To
1. Peel and cut eggs in half.
2. Remove yolk and place in mixing bowl.
3. With fork, mash yolks and then add all other ingredients, except 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
4. With a pastry bag fitted with a star attachment or 1/2 tip, pipe filling into each egg half.
5. Dust with remaining paprika before serving.
